In-Person Yoga Classes
All the Weekly Classes are General Level, suitable for people looking for yoga with an emphasis on the physical practice, that is heavy on the fun and substance. I don't use flowery languages! All classes finish with meditation and relaxation.
Classes are suitable for everyone including the beginners.

Atsuko's Yoga sessions have really helped to sort out my plantares fasciitis, and isolated shoulder, which hadn't improve after many sessions of physiotherapy. Every session has a new element added designed to stretch and improve my practice. The instructions are clear and postures are corrected to give the best results.
